We do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it through a contact form or similar feature.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

By default, all data you enter or generate within our applications is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on external servers. This means:

• Your data stays entirely under your control.
• We cannot access, view, or recover your data.
• If you uninstall the application, your locally stored data may be permanently lost unless you have a separate backup.

We may introduce optional cloud storage or sync features in future app versions. Any such features will be opt-in, will require your explicit consent, and will be described in an updated privacy policy communicated through the app.

3. Third-Party AI Services

Our applications use third-party AI services to process requests you initiate within the app. When AI features are used, the content of your request (for example, meal preferences or recipe queries) is transmitted to these services solely to generate a response. This transmission:

• Is limited to the information necessary to fulfill the specific feature you are using.
• Is subject to those providers' own privacy policies and terms of service.
• Is not combined with any personally identifying information by us.

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third parties.

4. Device Permissions

Our applications may request access to device features necessary for functionality, which may include:

• Storage: To save your data locally on the device.
• Camera or Photo Library: Where applicable, for user-provided images.
• Network access: To communicate with AI services when you initiate AI-powered features.

We only request permissions required to support features you actively use. You may be able to revoke permissions through your device settings, though this may limit certain app functionality.

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer credit packs or other purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Purchase records may be retained as required by the respective platform's terms and applicable law.

6. Your Rights and Control

Because your data is stored locally on your device by default, you have full control over it at all times:

• You may delete your data at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
• We do not have the ability to access or restore locally stored data on your behalf.

If we introduce server-side storage in the future, we will provide mechanisms to access, export, and permanently delete your stored data upon request.

7. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our applications and business evolve. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or notices within the app. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our applications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
